Overview
Design in Mind (DIM) is a boutique creative agency located in the heart of Silicon Valley. Founded in 2002, Design in Mind started as a one-woman venture and have grown into a competitive agency built on referrals and relationships. They work with a variety of clients from nonprofits, startups to Fortune 500 companies. Their mission is simple: to help clients succeed.

Objective
As an agency, it was important to Design in Mind for their visual identity to come across as thoughtful, detail-oriented, sophisticated, and beautiful— just like the services they provide.

Key Contribution
Brand Development and Maintenance:
• Created and maintained brand guidelines and templates for various platforms (Google Slides, Docs, etc.)
• Developed client-facing marketing materials, pitch decks, and internal company meeting decks
• Collaborated with developers to maintain and update the company website
• Created bespoke social media posts and email announcements
• Designed and produced branded merchandise (e.g., t-shirts, mugs, tech accessories) to enhance brand recognition and employee morale.
